The other photo is (you know who) when they came in the thunderstorm on their bikes to farewell me (I was on my own then).. Lovely eh?
That day was a 38 degree (but feels like 43 degrees–officially they said)..Phew.
The temperatures were a bit hard for me to take — but everything else was fantastic. I will never forget Vietnam, and its wonderful people.
We had a ‘high’ temperature of 13 degrees today (at 7am about 2 degrees!) At least we can put more clothes on and light the fires — all cozy!
